Ionia Sentinel - Thursday, Dec. 1, 1898

George W. Hull, an old-time and well known resident of Ionia, died at about 
8:30 o'clock Friday night, at his home, 760 Harrison street. Mr. Hull had been 
confined to his bed for the past three weeks. The funeral services were 
conducted by Rev. W. H. Thomas from St. John's Episcopal church Sunday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock and Wm. H. Borden post, No. 211, G. A. R., of which he 
was a member, will attend in a body and conduct the service at Highland Park, 
where the interment will take place. Deceased was 63 years of age.
