The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, June 17, 1931

The funeral party with the body of Samuel Hulliberger, who died in Freeport 
Sunday, arrived in Easton Tuesday afternoon, going direct to the Easton 
Community church, where the funeral services were conducted by Rev. Charles 
Hayward.  Interment was made in Easton cemetery.

Mr. Hulliberger a Civil war veteran, lived for several years in Ionia county, 
affiliating while here with the William Borton post, G.A.R.

Mrs. Henry Pritchard and Mrs. Ralph White provided the music and sons of the 
veteran, William, George, Ora, Lee Roy, and Floyd, served as bearers.
