Lake Odessa Wave - February 23, 1950
          IRA HULLIBERGER DIES AT AGE OF 64

   Ira Hulliberger, 64, died at Butterworth hospital, Grand Rapids, Friday morning
where he had been a patient 
for two weeks.  He had spent most of his life in this vicinity and was born Mary 3,
1885 in Barry county, the 
son of Jack and Lucinda (Mote) Hulliberger.

   He is survived by his wife Lettie, one son  Orley, two daughters Mrs Keith
Brovont and Mrs Essalie Titus and 
eight grandchildren, all of Lake Odessa, two brothers Clayton of Belding a and Oren
of Blanchard.

   Funeral services were held at the Walter Brovont home, five miles west of town at
1:30 pm. and at the 
Methodist church at 2 p.m. Monday with burial in Lakeside cemetery.  Rev. John Burns
officiated.
