Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. Oct. 16, 1979

EAST LANSING- Ruth E. Hulverson, 58, of 6521 Esperanza St., East Lansing, died 
Monday at a Lansing hospital. She was born May 22, 1921 in Lansing, the 
daughter of Harold Cushion and Mary Benson.

Survivors include her husband, Earl; two daughters, Tina Hulverson of East 
Lansing, Mrs. Linda Rose of Lansing; one grandchild; her father, Harold of 
Lansing; three brothers, Richard Cushion of St. Petersburg, Fla., Larry and 
Dudley Cushion, both of East Lansing; three sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Eedy of 
Lansing; Mrs. Donna Allen of Lansing, and Mrs. Carol White of Lexington, Ky. as 
well as several cousins and other relations in the Portland and Ionia area. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 from Neller Funeral Home with 
Rev. Carl Grapentine of the Valley Farms Baptist Church officiating. Burial 
will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, East Lansing.

Family will meet friends and relatives from 7-9 p.m. on today and Wednesday.
