CHARLES HUMMEL DIED LAST WEEK
Charles Hummel, 80 of Sebewa Corners died unexpectedly Monday evening from a 
heart attack at a Portland doctors office where he had gone for a physical 
checkup.

He was born in Pennsylvania but had been a Sebewa area resident for 40 years.

Surviving are two brothers Thomas of Rhinelander, Wisc. and Jerry of Portland, 
and a sister Mrs.Elizabeth Winn of Lansing. Mr. Hummel was a cousin of 
Mrs.Herman Buche, Mrs.Ella Cave and Miss Anna Hummel.

Funeral Services were held Thursday at the Mapes funeral home at Sunfield with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery Lake Odessa.
