Hastings Reminder - Tuesday, May 15, 2007

Clarksville- J.C. Hummell, age 82, of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday 
afternoon, May 12, 2007.

J.C. had worked as a rural mail carrier in Webberville and had lived at 
Morrison Lake for the past 30 years following his retirement. 

He is survived by his wife, Grace; his son, Larry (Wanda) Hummel; daughter, 
Linda (Robert) Rogers; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and 
brother, Lloyd Hummel.

A memorial service will be held at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa at 2 
p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2007.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
