Marian M. Humphrey, 60, of Kalkaska died Aug. 3, 1997 at her daughters home in 
Empire.

She was born Feb. 21, 1931 in Ionia County, the daughter of Emmet and Bertha 
Carigon. 

She is survived by her five children, Daniel (Shawn) Humphrey of Kalkaska, Dawn 
Blough of Empire, Maureen Keiler of Kalkaska, Valerie DeCamp of Shelbyville and 
Renee Humphrey of Elmdale; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild; two 
brother, twins Donald Carigon and Gary Carigon of Hesperia, Calif.; and one 
sister, Margaret Moon of Saranac. 

She was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel in 1985.

Cremation has taken place at her request. A service will be held at a later 
date.
