The Ionia Sentinel, Tuesday, May 1, 1866

Died.  Hunt—At Mattawan, Michigan, April 22d, Mrs. Annette Hunt—wife of N. K. 
Hunt, aged 22 years.  She was the youngest daughter of George C. Spencer, of 
Smyrna, Ionia Co.  Her sickness was so brief that none of her friends arrived 
there until after her death, and their affliction is too great for words to 
express, but in this bitter cup of grief, mingles the sweetest drop of 
consolation—she was a child of God, an heir of Glory, and has joined her 
mother at the Throne of Jesus.

“Be ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of Man cometh.”
