Lake Odessa Wave-Times Friday April 4, 1919

JARVIS HUNT DIED AT IONIA, MARCH 22

Jarvis Hunt, an old resident of Lake Odessa, died at Ionia March 22 and was 
buried at Lakeside cemetery last Monday.

Mr.Hunt was for years one of the fixtures of Lake Odessa, he being a cobbler by 
trade and all of the older residents of Lake Odessa have been benefited by his 
excellent work. He was kind and attended strictly to business.

The funeral was held at Weed's Chapel Monday afternoon and Rev. C.H. Zuse was 
the officiating minister.

The deceased was a brother of Ruel Hunt of this lace.
