J. Hunter, of Keene, dropped dead in Lansing Saturday afternoon. Mrs. and Mrs. Hunter had spent the winter at Mt. Clemens and were on their way home when they stopped at Lansing for a short visit and it was when they were getting ready to make the last drive for home when Mr. Hunter passed away. Mrs. Hunter had already taken her seat in the automobile and Mrs. Hunter was about to step in. He was putting his overcoat on and while in the act dropped to the sidewalk. James Parks of this city is a brother-in-law of the deceased, The funeral is being held this afternoon at 2:30 at the late home in Keene and burial will take place in Saranac. P. B. Parks and wife, of Mecosta, are guests of his brother, J. H. Parks called here by the death of J. H. Hunter, of Keene. Additional Comments: Age: 69 Saranac cemetery #312 Ctf. b. June 16, 1855 - Mi.
