Sentinel-Standard - Thursday, Nov. 10, 1955

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 o'clock at the Stone-Kauffman 
funeral home for Lewis M. Huntley who died suddenly Wednesday afternoon.

Rev. Court O. Adams will officiate with burial in Highland Park cemetery.

Mr. Huntley was born May 6, 1881 at Big Foote, Ill, the son of Martin and 
Thylura Huntley. In 1903 he was married to Bessie I. Gates at Fontana, Wis. 
after which they moved to Harvard, Ill.

Mr. Huntley came to Ionia in 1908 and was employed at the Iona Pottery Co. for 
40 years. He was a member of the Moose lodge.

Mr. Huntley died in 1945. 

Survivors are one son, Clayton of Ionia, one daughter, Mrs. Blanch Sorenson of 
Holt, two grandchildren and one great grandson a sister, Mrs. Minnie Robinson 
of Walworth, Wis.
