Mr. Hutchinson was born in Paisley Scotland, in January 1843, he moved here from Mass. in 1890 and has made this his home ever since. Although he was the father of seven children, only two of them are living now, Walter S., of Detroit, and Homer of Carson City. Mr. Hutchinson at the time of his death was the superintendent of the dye room in the Belding Bros. & Co.’s silk mills and has been engaged in that work for 59 years. He was recognized by all silk concerns as not only the oldest but most thorough man in this department. The funeral services will probably be held at the home on Friday but as yet definite plans have not been made. Subsequent Publication – Wednesday, December 3, 1913 We wish to express through the columns of the Banner our most sincere and deepest heartfelt thanks for the sympathy, kindness, and assistance shown to us by all in our hour of bereavement during the sickness and death of our beloved husband and father, and especially to Belding Bros. & Company, and the many dear friends for floral offerings, to the Masonic fraternity, and all taking part in the last beautiful services over our departed, at the home and cemetery.
