Robert Hyatt, 78, of Lake Odessa passed away May 28, 2011. He was born March 4, 
1933 in Lansing, the son of Howard and Genevieve Hyatt. 

He married Georgia Fisher, she preceded him in death in 2003. He later married 
Ida Jensen, she preceded him in death in 2000.

Bob served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the 
Saranac American Legion, Friend of the Eagles. Past member of the VFW. 

He is survived by his daughter, Bobbi Hyatt and Bill Warner Jr. of Ionia, Step 
Children Ruth (Chet) Toth of Ionia, John Randall of Rudyard, Harold (Linda) 
Randall of Saranac, Mark (Linda) Block of South Dakota, Scott Block of Florida 
and Shelli (Greg) Wilcox of Lake Odessa, Several Grandchildren and Great 
Grandchildren. Many considered Bob, “Uncle Dudley”. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, step son Russell Randall, Brothers 
Keith Hyatt, Joseph Hyatt and Sister Donna Bagwell. Funeral Services will be 
held Thursday 11 a.m. at the Saranac Community Church with Pastor John 
Prominski officiating. Interment Easton Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday 
2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Anyone wishing may make 
memorial contributions to Ionia Area Hospice. Online condolences may be made at
