Hybarger, aged 90, of Lake Odessa, died Friday morning, May 6, 2005. She was born October 31, 1914 in Carson City to William James and Belle (Henley) Burns. Frannie graduated from St. John the Baptist School in Hubbardston and went on to receive her diploma as a registered nurse from St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor. Along with raising her family, she practiced nursing at Pennock Hospital in Hastings. She had been a long-time faithful member of St. Edward Catholic Church. Frannie was proud of her Irish heritage. She is survived by her children; Dennis (Margaret) Hybarger and Jane (Phil) McClelland; grandchildren, Jessica (Joseph) Gazda, Heather (fiancée, John Bethell) McClelland, Deborah (Jason) Clark, Duffy (Melissa) McClelland; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Helen Burns; brother Ford (Lucille) Burns; and many other loving family members. Frances was preceded in death by her husband,, Wayne; sister, Lucille McCormick; and brothers, Robert Burns and Donald Burns. Visitation at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa on Saturday, May 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. Visitation will also be held at the St. Edward Catholic Church in Lake Odessa from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, where there will be a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Edward Church at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 9. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward Catholic Church or the Jackson Mutschler VFW Post #4461 Scholarship Fund.
