Ionia County Shoppers Guide, 9 Apr 2005

Wayne N. Hyland, aged 84, of Portland, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 
2005.  Surviving are his wife of 62 years Dolores; 3 daughters: Cheryl (Gary) 
Herp of Wellington, Florida, Marie Hyland-Willis of lansing, and Vicki (Robert) 
Weller of Portland; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and 
nephews.  Funeral services were held Saturday, April 2 with burial at Balcom 
Cemetery in Ionia.  Arrangements by Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Portland.  
For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the First 
Congregational Church of Portland in memory of Mr. Wayne N. Hyland.
