Ingraham-Kumfer, 71, of Cadillac died at her home Tuesday, April 11, 1995. Born February 18, 1924, in Lyons, she was the daughter of Carl and Caroline Russman Gibbs. She was married to Richard H. Ingraham in 1943 in Portland. He preceded her in death in 1969. She was a homemaker, a family peacemaker and friend to everyone. She lived in Portland, moving to Cadillac in 1969. She loved traveling, camping and fishing. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Cadillac. Surviving is very special friend Dave Kumfer of Cadillac, four sons; Fred Ingraham of Arizona, Jerry (Barb) Ingraham of Pennsylvania, Steven (Karon) Ingraham of Marion, Mich., Paul (Dianna) Ingraham of Cadillac; two daughters; Carolyn (Gary) Schwach of Cadillac, Marcia (Joe) Bettinghouse of Lake Odessa, 23 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Edna Reed, and brothers, Fred and Charles Gibbs, and a son, David Ingraham. Funeral services will be Saturday at 4 p.m. at Peterson Funeral Home, Cadillac, with the Rev. Robert Carpenter officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Marion, Mich. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Peterson Funeral Home.
