Ionia Sentinel Standard, 1 Dec 1933

Word has been received from Petoskey of the passing of Edward L. Irish, 90 years 
of age November 16.  He leaves a widow, and was the last of the David and Lenora 
Irish family of children, Henry D., Laura L., Mrs. L. F. Mills, Mrs. Emily 
Sherman, and Mrs. C. C. Eyester.  Mr. Irish was for years the well known manager 
of the Bay View house and had many friends among the older generation here in 
Ionia.  The body will be brought directly from Petoskey to the Oak Hill cemetery 
here for burial at 2 p.m. Saturday.
