Lila J. Irrer, age 59, of Ionia died Sunday, August 31, 2003 at her home.  She 
was born August 29, 1944 in Ionia, the daughter of Russell and Mary (Ratu) 
Allen.  She married  Timothy M. Irrer on August 29, 1975 in Matherton, 
Michigan.  Lila was a former employee of Meijers in Ionia and was an avid 
bowler.

Lila is survived by her son, Russell P. Fox of Ionia; her mother Mary Allen of 
Muir; and three grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her father; 
husband Timothy Irrer in 1998; and son, Bryan Allen Fox.  

Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. Johns the Baptist 
Catholic Church in Hubbardston with Father William Rietz officiating.  
Interment will be in West Side Cemetery, Hubbardston.  Memorial contributions 
may be made to the wishes of the family.
