N. Isham, who has been gradually losing strength the past year following a stroke of paralysis, was found dead in bed Sunday morning. He was aged 65 years, 8 months and 26 days. Deceased was born in Shelburn, Vermont, June 18, 1849, and came to Michigan with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Isham, in 1854. He was a resident of Lyons until about fifteen years ago, when he went to the south to live, returning to Lyons about a year ago. Deceased was a member of Lyons Lodge No. 37, F. & A.M. The funeral services were held from the home of his son, Hubert Isham, Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. D.B. Davidson. The pall bearers were W.C. Hawley, Homer Cook, Hugh Robertson and Geo. Hitchcock. Interment in the Lyons cemetery.
