Unidentified Publication, July 1888

Died – In this village on the 16th inst. Mrs. Mary Isham (known as Aunt Mary)
aged 84 years.  Mrs. Isham’s death was very sudden, as she attended church in
the morning, went home and got dinner ready and ate it.  In the afternoon she
went to bed and died early on Monday morning.  Mrs. Isham had been a resident of
Ionia county for many years and had lived in Portland about 20 years.
