Lake Odessa Wave, 22 Feb 1940

Born in Odessa Twp.  Dies in Lansing, Wed.

Edward Jackson, Leaves a Brother and Sister of Lake Odessa.  Funeral Saturday.

Edward Jackson, youngest son of the late Edward Jackson, was born and raised 
west of Lake Odessa on the farm now owned by his brother Fred Jackson.  He died 
at his home in Lansing, Wednesday, and the funeral will be held Saturday at one 
o’clock at the home and at 1:30 at the Estes-Leadley funeral home in Lansing, 
and burial will be at Mt. Hope cemetery in Lansing.

Besides the brother mentioned above he leaves a sister Mrs. Charles F. 
Ernsberger of this village, but now in Florida.  There are besides the family 
in Lansing many other relatives.
