Hastings Reminder - Nov. 2011


CLARKSVILLE, MI – Sharon L. Jackson, age 66, of Clarksville, passed away 
Sunday, November 20, 2011 at her residence.

She was born April 3, 1945 in Saranac, the daughter of Dalton and Beatrice 
(Gray) Stahl.

Sharon graduated from Lake Odessa High School in 1963. She married Lyle Jackson 
on November 29, 1979.

Sharon owned and operated the Clarksville Kitchen for many years. Later she 
managed/operated the café at the Lake Odessa Livestock Auction Barn. Sharon 
also assisted her husband, Lyle, in the care of several cemeteries.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Kristi Jackson.

Surviving is her husband Lyle Jackson; children, Denise Blackmer, Deanna 
(Randy) Everett, Debbie (Randy) Dintaman; Charlie “Chuckie” Flowers; Lois 
(Mark) Fear, Janet (John) Buche, Karen Leiter and Donnie Jackson; 17 
grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy, Kay and Kim.

Funeral services for Sharon were conducted on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 
Koops Funeral Chapel – Lake Odessa. Interment followed at Clarksville Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Sharon’s name may be directed to the Campbell 
Township Park.
