The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, July, 1950

Services for Chester Jackson were conducted at SS. Peter and Paul church 
Thursday at 9 a.m. by the Rev. Jerome Floretti.  Prayer services were held at 
the Myers funeral home at 8:30 a.m.

Interment was in the family lot in Mt. Olivet cemetery.  Bearers were Frank 
Frost, Frank Grescoviak, Ray Lincoln, Peter O’Conner, Frank O’Connell and 
Robert Ammon.

Jackson, who worked for J. L. Hudson’s in Detroit for over 20 years was 
employed at the Quality store and the Carten store while in Ionia.
