Ionia Sentinel Standard, 25 & 26 Jun 1974

Lila B. Jackson, 83, of 561 West Riverside drive, died Monday evening at Ionia
County Memorial hospital.  Funeral arrangements will be announced later by
Myers-Roetman funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lila B. Jackson, 83, will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at
Myers-Roetman funeral home.  Interment will be at Balcom cemetery.  Mrs.
Jackson, who had lived at 561 West Riverside drive, died Monday at Ionia County
Memorial hospital.  She was born August 3, 1890, the daughter of George and
Lillian Stowe Burgess.  She was a former employee of Ypsilanti Reed Furniture
Company of Ionia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Jackson, in 1965.  Surviving are
two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Struble of Perrington and Mrs. Clara Colthorpe of
Breckenridge.
