Jackson, former Ionian, who died in Los Angeles, will be brought to this city for burial the latter part of the week. Mr. Jackson left here about nine months ago for the west and was there in search of health. He was active in Presbyterian church circles and served as elder here at the time of his departure. His old home was opposite the high school here. He is survived by four children, Roscoe of Detroit, Mrs. Henry Wells and Mrs. Henry Bates, both of California, and Sidney Jackson. He was a painter and paper hanger here for many years.
