Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1990 SUNFIELD- Harold Maynard Jackson, 56, of Sunfield, died Jan. 15, at Blodgett Memorial Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born July 15, 1933 in Sunfield. He was employed at General Motors-BOC in Lansing. He served in the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean War from 1952-54. He is survived by three sons, Roy and Ray Jackson of Ionia and Rodney Jackson of Sunfield; a daughter, Jill Jackson of Lake Odessa; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Hope Hart of Sunfield, Hertha Franks of Mulliken and Hazel Cole of Sunfield; a brother, Hugh Jackson of West Branch; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a special friend, Barb Ruid of Lake Odessa. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and two sisters. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Rosier Funeral Home, Mapes- Fisher Chapel, Sunfield. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
