JACKSON, EDNA LUCILLE (BIXBY)(MRS. ARTHUR):
     SENTINEL-STANDARD, IONIA, MI, 1-16-1965:  "Deaths - EDNA LUCILLE JACKSON,
56, wife of Arthur Jackson of 3217 Graff road, Orleans township, route two,
Belding, died Friday evening in Grand Rapids Osteopathic hospital a few hours
after admittance.
   She was born July 2, 1908 in Easton township, the daughter of the late Mr and
Mrs Everett Ray Bixby, and was married in Easton township December 4, 1927 to
Arthur Jackson.  They spent their entire married life in the community in which
she resided.
   Mrs Jackson was a member of Dildine Community Church.
   Surviving besides her husband are a son, Gerald Jackson; two daughters, Mrs
Doris Buskirk and Mary Jackson; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs Cecil
Stevens of Wacousta, Mrs Howard Scheaffer of Muir and Mrs Merlin Dingman of Durant.
   Funeral service  will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Stone-Kauffman funeral home with
the Rev. Ray R. Fassett of Zion Evangelical United Brethren church officiating.
 Burial will be at Orleans cemetery."

   SENTINEL-STANDARD, IONIA, MI, 1-19-1965:  "Deaths - EDNA LUCILLE JACKSON -
Funeral service was at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon for Mrs Edna Lucille Jackson,
56, of 3217 Graff Road, route two, Belding, who died Friday at a Grand Rapids
hospital.
   Rev Ray R. Fassett of Zion Evangelical United Brethren church officiated and
interment was at Orleans cemetery.
   Bearers were Harold Wooldridge, Alfred Chickering, Herbert Chickering, Earl
Doty, George Doty and Dale Howe.
   Relatives attending from out of town were Mr and Mrs Cecil Stevens and Mr and
Mrs John Stevens of Wacousta, Mr and Mrs William Pearson, Mr and Mrs Donald
Jackson and Mr and Mrs Willard Stanton of Lansing; Mr and Mrs Howard Scheaffer
and Daryl Sheaffer of Muir, Donald Skelding of Grand Rapids, Mr and Mrs Merlin
Dingman of Durand, Mr and Mrs Robert Dingman of Lake Orion and Mr and Mrs Allen
Doty of Belding.
   Friends attended from Belding, Orleans, Saranac, Stanton and Six Lakes."
