The Ionia County News, Thursday, March 22, 1934
The funeral of Benjamin Jackson who passed away very suddenly at his farm home 
Thursday afternoon was largely attended.  The service was held at the home 
Saturday afternoon at two o’clock.  Rev. George Start, pastor of the 
Congregational church, officiated.  Burial was in Lake Side cemetery.

Mrs. Ray Stahl and Mrs. Lewis Hefflebower received the sad news Thursday 
evening of the death of their brother, Ben Jackson, who died very suddenly at 
his home in Odessa township Thursday evening.
