Ionia County News – Thursday, 11 April 1946


Mrs. Margaret Jacobs died in the Ionia County Memorial hospital Saturday 
night, April 6, of pneumonia.  She was 86 years old.  She was born in London, 
Ontario, Canada, and came to Ionia about 50 years ago.  She is survived by one 
daughter, Mrs. Victor Hedstrom, Ionia, and a brother, J. Davidson, of St. 
Thomas, Ontario.  Rev. Wayne Davis officiated at the funeral service held 
Tuesday afternoon.  Burial was in Highland Park cemetery.
