James of Orange died of consumption last week, at the age of 69 years. It is said that she was the mother of a family of six-footers and has lost four sons and one daughter, from consumption. One of them, Frank by name, who was six feet and eight inches in height, died January 10th. This was one of the tallest families in the country. One daughter and a son now living are respectively six feet and three inches and six feet and five inches in height. The three sons who are dead measured six feet, six and one-half inches; six feet, nine and one-half inches, and six feet and ten inches in height, and a daughter, who is also dead, measured six feet and seven inches, and Mrs. James herself was six feet and one inch in height.
