Ann E. James, June 21, 1949- August 8, 2017

Ann Elizabeth James, age 68, of Ionia, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 
Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. She was born on June 21, 1949 in Albuquerque, New 
Mexico.

Ann was an exceptional woman in faith, love, compassion, and Joy. She found 
volunteering at the hospital was her true calling. She touched many lives and is 
remembered with fondness by all. Her life was lived with laughter, joy and song.

A special Thank You is being extended by the family to the nurses, staff and 
doctors at Sparrow in Ionia and Lansing.

Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rudolf Feuster; grandson, 
Samuel Ryan Brown

She is survived by her daughters, Monika (Larry) Hartman, Petra (Tim) Sivyer, 
son Daniel (Marissa) Feuster, sister Tessy (Greg) Freeman, brothers, Michael 
(Ursula) Carder, Patrick (Karen) Carder, and Aaron Carder, grandchildren, 
Kristin Brown, Angela and Cole Eichmeier, Steven (Rachel) Feuster-Smith Jakob 
(Devon) Feuter, Aimee Feuster, Anastasia Sivyer, and Timy Sivyer and five great-
grandchildren. 

A memorial Mass will take place at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017 at St. 
Peter & Paul Church, 434 High St. Ionia, where visitation will b held one hour 
prior to the service and light refreshments will follow.
