The Ionia Daily Standard, Monday, January 4, 1904

Frank Janes of Orange died this morning, from acute asthma and bronchitis.  He 
had been a long-time sufferer from asthma, but was able to be out at work on 
Saturday.  His age was 46, and he leaves a wife and two children.  Funeral at 
LeValley church at 1 p.m. Thursday.
