Superintendent of Schools (in Belding) from 1909 to 1914
Superintendent of Hart schools following Belding
He and his wife moved to Ionia in 1940 and to Grand Rapids in 1953
Mrs. Janes Survives
Preceded in death by their daughter

Burial in Palo Cemetery
