Norman Paul Janetzke, 82, of Belding, passed away Thursday evening, Dec. 29,
2005 at his home.  He was born April 28, 1923, in Lansing, the son of Jacob and
Eva M. Fulger Janetzke.  He retired as manager of Preferred Credit Union of
Greenville in 1985.  After his retirement Norm served on the credit union board
of directors for many years.  He was also an orchardist and a draftsman engineer
at Federal-Mogul Corp.  Norman served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater
in World War II.

Norman is survived by his wife of 61 years, Margaret; daughters and sons-in-law,
Peggy and John Bagladi of Harpers Ferry, W. Va., Rita and Bill Berz of Somerset,
N.J., Mary and Dan Farrell of South Haven, Terri and Dane Stout of Grattan;
sister, Dora Jolley of Lansing; sister-in-law; Pearl Janetzke of Lansing; six
grandchildren, Christina and Jay Martin, Daniel and Heather Berz, Michael and
Bev Sage, Matthew and Jamie Sage, Mark Stout, Kevin Stout; one great
granddaughter, Grace Sage.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Charles Catholic Church,
Greenville celebrated Father Phil Salmonowicz.  Internment is in St. Patrick
Cemetery, Parnell.  The family will receive visitors and pray for his repose at
Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville,from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday with a Rosary
recited at 4 p.m.  Norm will also be in repose from 9:15 a.m. until the Mass on
Monday at St. Charles Catholic Church.  The family suggests contributions in
Norm’s name be made to the Flat River Right to Life.
