Julie Jarrad, age 50, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2009.

She was born on September 28, 1959 in Alma, MI the daughter of James E. and 
Clarice C (Moeggenborg) Decker. 

She was an accountant for the Lansing Board of Water and Light for 26 years. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Todd Jarrad; mother Clarice Decker. 
Surviving are her son, Taylor “TJ” Jarrad of Portland; father, James (Linda) 
Decker of Williamston; two brothers, Jerry (Julie) Decker of Philadelphia, PA 
and John (Doreen) Decker of Naperville, IL; 4 nieces and 1 nephew.

The Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral 
Homes, Portland with Rev. Larry King presiding. Interment will take place later 
at Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on 
Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer 
Society or to the Hospice of Lansing, in memory of Mrs. Julie Jarrad.
