The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, September 28, 1972

Rev. E. C. Watterworth of First Christian church officiated at funeral 
services Wednesday at 1 p.m. for Mrs. Betty J. Jeffrey, who died Sunday.  
Interment was at Balcom cemetery.

Bearers were Richard, Jerry and Rick Whitney, Rod Telfor, Fred Dean and Henry 
Hamblin.  Members of Beatrice Rebekah lodge attended in a group as did 
officers and staff of Michigan Training Unit.  Following services a lunch was 
served to family and friends at the family residence.
