The Belding Banner, Thursday, December 19, 1963


Joseph Jeffrey died suddenly Tuesday morning in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  He was a 
former resident of Belding and then moved to Muskegon where he was employed at 
Norge.  Two years ago, he moved to Fort Smith when Norge Co. moved there.

Mr. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, the former Lulu Olger; one son, Gerald, 
one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Peterson; several grandchildren; one brother, Frank 
of Ionia.

A service was held in Arkansas Wednesday and the body arrived in Muskegon 
Heights Thursday (Today), at the Lees Funeral Home.  Services will be held 
Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Bethlum Lutheran church.
