Ionia County Shoppers Guide, 3 Dec 2005

John A. Jenks, age 83, of Lake Odessa, formerly of Ionia, went to be with his 
Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 29, 2005.  He is survived by his loving 
wife of sixty three years Beverly of Lake Odessa; daughters: Janet and Phillip 
Welch of Lake Odessa, Shirley and Tom Lewis of Hastings; brother, Bill and Lena 
Jenks of Ionia; eight grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and nine 
great-great grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Friday, December 2 at 
Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with burial in Balcom Cemetery.  You may make a 
memorial contribution in John’s name to Ionia Hospice.
