Funeral services for Harlie E. Jenks, 77, of Grand Rapids will be Tuesday at
Sullivan funeral home in Grand Rapids at 1:30 p.m.  Burial will be in Rest Lawn
cemetery.  Mr. Jenks died Saturday morning at St. Marys hospital in Grand Rapids
following a short illness.  He was born November 8, 1890 in Easton township, son
of Frank E. and Cora E. Smith Jenks.  He was a World War I veteran.  June 26,
1919 he was married to Dora L. Haney of Grand Rapids.

Surviving besides his wife Dora are one son Robert; two grandchildren and two
sisters, Mrs. Florence Harris of Eureka Springs, Ark. and Mrs. Violet Haney of
route 3.  Other relatives from the area include three nephews and a niece.
