Sentinel-Standard - Friday, March 5, 1920

Harry Jennings received a notice Friday morning of the death of his uncle, 
Lewis H. Jennings, who died in Chicago Thursday night. The remains are 
expected to arrive in Ionia Saturday evening and the funeral will be held 
Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Bradley mortuary. Rev. R. E. Meader will 
have charge of the service and the interment will be in Highland Park. 



SATURDAY, MARCH 6, 1920
The funeral for L.H. Jennings will be held at the Bradley mortuary on Sunday 
at 2 o'clock and at the Methodist church at 2:30. Rev. Meader will officiate 
and interment will be in Highland Park. The remains arrive Saturday at noon. 



FRIDAY, MARCH 5, 1920
Harry Jennings returned from Chicago, Wednesday night where he had been 
called by the critical illness of his uncle, L. H. Jennings. Mr. Jennings 
arrived at his uncle's bedside to find him unconscious as a result of a 
stroke of paralysis, unable to recognize him and with no hope held for 
recovery. The nephew returned home and the uncle's death occurred last 
night, word being received ____ that once this morning.
