Jepsen, 70, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Schreder, Orleans, Wednesday morning following a long illness. The body reposes at the Boynton funeral chapel where friends may view the remains up to 10:30 Friday morning. At this hour the body will be taken to the Evangelical church and lie in state until the services at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. A.L. Bingaman will be in charge. The burial will be in Highland Park cemetery. Mr. Jepsen was a native of Denmark, but had lived for 54 years in the United States. Besides the daughter at whose home he died, he leaves another daughter, Mrs. John Shell of Ionia; two sons, Benjamin Jepsen, Ionia, and Howard Jepsen, Detroit; a brother, Christian Jepsen, Chicago and eight grandchildren.
