Sentinel-Std. - Wednesday, June 4, 1969

SARANAC- Mrs. Bernice H. Jepson, 80, of Birmingham died Monday evening in a 
Detroit nursing home.

A former resident of Saranac, she was born February 11, 1889 in Boston township 
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred J. Hoover.

She was married October 22, 1907 to Robert Jepson, who died in 1966. She had 
lived 26 years in Mulliken and 22 years in Ludington and Pentwater.

Surviving are a son Karl of Birmingham; six grandchildren and one great 
grandchild; one brother, Dale Hoover of Chapin.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 4 pm at Morris-Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac. Rev. John Hancock will officiate and interment will be at Saranac 
cemetery.
