Louise Evelyn Johnson, age 82 of Orleans, passed away Oct. 6, 2009.

She was born July 17, 1927 in Grand Rapids. She married Frank Johnson March 19, 
1947 in Belding. Louise was a school teacher, first in the country schools for 
13 years then Ionia Middle School for the last 20 years. She attended Shiloh 
Community Church. Louise was an avid bowler and loved bingo and fishing.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Frank Johnson of Orleans; 
sons Roger (Tammy) Johnson of Diamondale and Terry (Sandy) Johnson of Orleans, 
grandchildren Scott Johnson, Matt Johnson, Andy Johnson, Becky Motz and Emily; 
brother Max and Judy Morris of Ionia.

Louise was preceded in death by one daughter Rene’ Johnson in 2000, one brother 
Budd Morris and her parents.

Memorial services will be held Friday, at 1 p.m. at Shiloh Community Church 
with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. The family will receive friends and 
relatives Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the church. Arrangements by Lake Funeral in 
Ionia. In lieu of flowers you may make memorial contributions to Shiloh 
Community Church, The American Cancer Society of the Rene’ Johnson memorial
