Ionia Sentinel - 31 March 1925
The funeral service for Ray Johnson who died Monday morning will  be held from the 
Boynton funeral chapel Thursday afternoon  at 2 o'clock.  Burial will take place 
in the Palo cemetery.  Mr. Johnson is survived by his widow and baby, his father, 
Gilbert Johnson and a sister, Pauline Johnson of Ionia.  Another sister Mrs. Carol 

Dunn, lives near Butternut.
