Betty Lou Johnson, 67, of Morley, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, in
Greenville.  She was born April 21, 1939, in Sheridan, the daughter of Albert
and Beatrice Jeffery Hopkins.

Betty Lou was a member of the American Legion in Morley, Amvets in Big Rapids
and the Eagles in Stanwood.  She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, fishing, cooking
and spending time with her family.  She will be greatly missed by her family and
friends.

Betty Lou was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Florence Irene, in
infancy; son, Randy Albert Johnson; and two granddaughters, Calli Hanna and
Elizabeth Marie.  Betty Lou is survived by her children, Edward J. II and Debra
Johnson of Cedar Springs, Richard S. and Robin Johnson of Greenville, Timmy K
Johnson and Rose Schnick of Belmont, Roger L. Johnson of Greenville;
grandchildren, Lisa, Hannah, Brandy, Amanda, Ashley, Amber, Roger II and Albert;
and brothers and sisters, Cleo Hemingsen of Sidney, Albert Jr. and Pat Hopkins
of Orleans, Raymond Hopkins of Belding, Floyd and Joyce Hopkins of Greenville,
Shirley and Larry Nosetrant of Remus.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home,
Belding, with Pastor Jamie Nichols of First Congregational Church, Stanton,
officiating.  Interment is in Sunny Hill Cemetery, Palo.  The family will greet
relatives and friends from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.  In
lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the wishes of the family.
