The Belding Banner, Wednesday, October 28, 1925


Mrs. Josephine Johnson, aged 75 years, for many years a resident of this city, 
died at her home in the Engermann block, 125 S. Bridge St., Sunday afternoon, 
October 25, following a long illness.  Funeral services were held at the 
Fitzjohn funeral home, this Wednesday afternoon, Rev. H. E. Curch officiating 
and burial was in River Ridge cemetery.  Surviving are four sons and three 
daughters.  Mrs. Johnson was a good mother, friend and neighbor and those who 
knew her loved her for the kindly good spirit which she always displayed.
