AMELIA I. JOHNSON
Mrs. Amelia I Johnson, 82, former Belding resident, died Tuesday at Olds Manor at
Grand Rapids.

She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. September 16, 1889, and married to Albin Johnson, who
died in 1964. She was a member of First Congregational church in Belding and life
member of Doric chapter OES.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Weyant Pangborn of Midland, Mrs. Theodore
Antcliff of Ovid and Mrs. Don Lewis of Elsie; three sons, Andrew of Iron Mountain, Charles of
Belding and Arthur of Greenvile; 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, sister;
Mrs.Helen Hayes of Grand Rapids; two brothers, Edward Schroeder of Big Rapids and Henry of
Paris.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Huffman funeral home in Beldin.  Rev.
Wilford Wood will officiate and interment will be at Highland View cemetery, Big Rapids.

Visitation hours are Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 pm and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30
pm.

A memorial fund has been established for Belding Congregational church or Olds Manor
in Grand Rapids.
