The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, January 14, 1947
Mrs. Shirley Johnson, 66, who lived at Kiddville, died suddenly at 4 o’clock 
Tuesday at the home of Mrs. Mary Brimmer of Muir.  Mrs. Johnson died of a 
heart ailment, Corner Harry Myers of Ionia said.  Coroner Myers was called to 
Muir Tuesday morning with Undersheriff Leo Fuller.

She is survived by her husband, Marion, of Kiddville.  Mrs. Johnson had been 
ill for sometime and had been taken to Muir so that she could receive care.  
The body was removed to Belding.
