                            STEFAN EDWARD JOHNSON

GRAND RAPIDS- Stefan Edward Johnson, 34, of Grand Rapids, Michigan (Formerly of 
Ionia, Michigan) passed away unexpectedly on August 22, 2022. Stefan graduated 
from Ionia High School in 2006 and then attended Lansing Community College and 
Grand Valley university.

Stefan is survived by his son Edward "Eddie" Johnson, parents, Crist (Lynette) 
Johnson and Melinda Johnson. Loving brother to Areta Johnson and Noah Johnson; 
niece, Isabelle Johnson, and nephew, Noah Johnson; uncles,Eric (Diane) 
Johnson,Karl Johnson, and Michael House, aunts,Claudia Johnson, Melissa (Dennis) 
Ball, and Saran Putman mother of Edward Johnson as well as additional family and 
friends.

Stefan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oscar and Jeanne Johnson and 
Myra House. Stefan will be remembered for his bright smile, sharp wit, and 
contagious laughter, and his deep love for his son, Eddie. He was a passionate 
fan of the University of Michigan sports and loved to attend football games at 
"The Big House" with family and friends.He will be missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service to honor Stefan's life will be held on Friday, October 28th 
at 1:00 at the First United Methodist Church in downtown Ionia.
