Steven K. Johnson, 61, of Belding, passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning,
Jan. 22, 2015, at home.  Steven was born on Dec. 29, 1953 in Lansing, the son of
Robert K. and Ada (Atherton) Johnson.

He enjoyed yard work, watching the news and the stock market.  In earlier years,
he enjoyed stock cars, camping and trips up north.  For many years he had worked
as a farmer with his father and later worked as a laminating technician in the
fiberglass industry.

Steven married Karen Sue Browning on Oct. 31, 1995 in Gladwin.

He is loved and survived by his wife Karen; their children, Mary Ann Banks of
Edmore, Michael (Bobbi Jo) Johnson of Ionia, Angela M. (Jacob) Fox of Valdosta,
Ga.; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, Tyler, Faith, Storm, Ethan, Annabelle
and Bryson; parents, Robert (Judie) Johnson of Gladwin; stepfather, Ora Tingley
of Belding; brother, Robert G. (Naomi) Johnson of Gladwin, stepsiblings, Pam,
Cindy, Dalene, Julie, Tim, Helen and Ken.  Steven was preceded in death by his
mother, Ann; stepsister and brothers, Sharon, Jerry, Dwayne and Dennis.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor
Ken Harger officiating.  Visitation was Sunday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral
Home, Belding.  Committal prayers will be in North Star Cemetery.  Memorial
contributions may be given to the wishes of the family.
